Methodology
We define an “early call” as any trend that appeared on Viralscope between 30 and 120 days ago at a Viral score of 70 or lower — the threshold below which a trend is genuinely still climbing, not yet at peak. A “hit” is any early call whose Viral score subsequently reached 80 or higher at any later snapshot. Hit rate, average lift, and peak score are pulled directly from the trend_snapshots historical table — no curation, no cherry-picking, refreshed on every scan tick. Rows shown are the top 30 by peak score.
